Survivor. Speaker. Soul Coach.

Toshia Amara

Hey love — I’m Toshia.

A mother of four. A former addict. A truth-teller. A survivor. A warrior wrapped in worship.

There was a time I believed I was too far gone — too broken by trauma, addiction, shame, and generational pain to ever be used by God. But Jesus met me in a jail cell, in courtrooms, in hospital beds, in the quiet sobs of postpartum — and said “You are still Mine.”

“I have called you by name; you are Mine.” — Isaiah 43:1 (CSB)

I’ve walked through the valleys of childhood trauma, survived domestic violence, and lost myself in the search for love. I’ve had moments of relapse and reckoning. I’ve had my name slandered and my worth questioned. But God never stopped writing.

Now, I use my voice — my story — to help others rise from their ashes.

Through coaching, courses, devotionals, and prayer, I walk with women (and men) back to the throne, the 1 truth, and themselves. I speak to the shame-ridden, the almost-gave-ups, the single mamas and the redeemed rebels — and remind them that they are still loved, chosen, seen, and called.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” — Romans 8:28 (NIV)

I’m also a fitness and wellness coach, integrating healing across every layer of the human experience: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. Not because you're broken — but because you're becoming. What once were self-sabotaging behaviors have now become sacred rhythms of Romans 12:1 worship. I don’t just coach the body — I help people rebuild a relationship with themselves, rooted in identity, reverence, and balance.

"Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship." — Romans 12:1 (NIV)

I’m not perfect — I’m proof.

Proof that God can use the girl who once used everything but Him.

Proof that your past is not your prison

Proof that love, legacy, and leadership are still possible — even for those of us who’ve lived in survival mode too long.

I’m a writer, speaker, visionary, and divine disruptor

But above all else — I’m His.

Let’s rewrite the narrative together. You don’t have to clean up to come home.
